What are some good "Alien" neighborhoods?

I would like to play a world similar to Lunar Lakes, but preferably free. I haven't decided whether or not to buy LL, but I'd really like to play an alien world.

Can anyone name one of any size with good routing?

As an aside, I hear that LL has really terrible routing - as bad as China. Is this true?

Ingeli's Colonization is fun. (And very pretty)

The only thing that might count as a routing error that I have found is that it can take your sim 2 1/2 hours to get to or from work, depending on where you live and work. I think she fixed that in Colonization Redux, but I don't have the EPs for that. (I'm not sure it's finished yet, anyway.)

I need a large alien hood as well. I can wait until a true heavyweight one comes along though. It will be a long wait though I suspect.
