WCIF: A Neighbourhood with loads of beach lots!

I need a beach lot neighbourhood! Look i know i can make one but it's not as easy as it looks and not all of them turn out right! I need it for all the beach lots i've downloaded (20-25 not using them all!)

I use this hood http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=292536, although you might be after more beach then that. Beach lots can be like a temperamental toddler. The thing with them is they must match the beach they were built on or they won’t place or may crash.. So if you have a shallow beach lot it must be placed back on a shallow beach, a deep beach lot must be placed back on a deep beach etc. You may find you need more than one beach hood to place them all. Also you need to be careful of swinging them around to place as that can make them buggy and crash too.
