He all,
maybe this is a stupid question but I couldn't find it anywhere here. I build some houses but how can I check which packages are include in the building. I got a couple of expansionpacks but got a feeling that I didn't use all the material from all of the package. Hope you can still follow me?
How can I check which packages are used in my building. Anybody got an idea?
Thanks!

This might help CUSTARD (http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=390235&c=1&ht)
Read the comments there is an updated version which shows better info about stuff attached to sims.
It will only show whats in the sims3pack though you will have to figure out your self what is what.

The easiest way to check which CC is used is to remove all the CC except those items you think you've used, load the lot, and see if it complains.
Regarding EPs, try the AnyGameStarter 3: http://www.modthesims.info/d/406814

I don't have any custom content in the game. The thing is, I opened my own website to upload houses to and other buildings of The Sims 2 and 3. But I have a few installed expansion packs and maybe other people don't have those. I want to know how I can check which expansion packs are used in the game =) So I can add this to the text so people know if they can install the buildings or not.
Thanks for all the help so far!!

Ahh, right. Well, there's no automatic way.
Downloaders will need to have at least the highest major patch version which you have installed. Each patch which accompanies a new EP is a major patch, so for example the Pets EP came with major patch 1.26, Showtime was 1.31 I think.
As far as objects, AGS is definitely the easiest way to tell. :) Create an AnyGame using only the EPs and SPs that you think you've used objects from, and install the lot into that AnyGame. If there are any objects on the lot which are from an EP or SP which you haven't included in the AnyGame, they will be replaced with a basegame item, so you can play spot the difference to work out which objects are affected. Then you can go back into your regular game and check which EP/SP those objects are from. :)

Aha, now I get it. I downloaded the AGS and will install it in a minute. This will be so handy as I always watch what I am using in my houses and other buildings but sometimes you get new building materials (like platforms, stairs etc.) and they don't tell you from with package they are (at least I think).
Thanks for the help! Will try it out when it's installed.

Things like platforms etc. are included in the patches. The spiral stairs are an exception, since although the patch enables spiral stairs... there isn't an actual spiral stairs object unless you also have Generations. But all other build tools, and patterns, should be ok with just the patch. :)
