Hey. You found the right person. :)

You can get that with Decorgal's talk hack, the one with the painting of the sim on it. It's under reaction . . . neg (high) or something, it's on the second page, I remember, on the left-hand side, and then on the second page of THAT pie menu, you'll see "catch cheating," and that's where you get the animation from.
