is there a default replacement that makes fit males more muscular (athletic) and overweight ones more overweight without changing the normal state (not fat and not fit)?

i also need a default replacement for females, that makes fit ones look sexier without making them skinnier than they already are, any ideas?

There is no separate "fit" state different from the normal state. The difference is in the body textures. A default replacement to change the overweight state would have to default replace every single mesh in the game; such a thing is possible, but unlikely due to the HUGE file size and amount of work it would entail to rework every mesh.
