In SimPE under memeries there are 2 "Did Woohoo with $subject' option. One with a big purple heart with a smile, the other with the same heart but with a little purple guy standing beside it. I would like to now the differnce between the 2 actions the sim may have done in the past.

The normal one is for a standard Woohoo. The little purple guy one is for when you Woohoo one of the hired help.

If you have a Romance Sim, his/her wants will sometimes include this same Icon. It indicates a Want to Woohoo with a service person. Or multiple service people (not at the same time) if it has a number with it. :-D
My Romance Sim took it upon himself to introduce himself to every Service Sim which entered the lot. If I hired a Maid, he would chat with her autonomously (which inflated how much she charged for cleaning the lot.) He would chat with the gardener, the newspaper boy, the mail-delivery girl, the grocery-boy, etc. It didn't matter what gender they were. Eventually, I got this as a Want and I looked at his friend list and he had all of these Service people as friends. I just had to decide which would be the lucky one. :-D
Well, I guess it actually ruled out the newspaper person since they are always a teenager, but the others are all fair game, right? He kept chatting with the maid and so I finally decided to let him visit with her after work and they chatted more, got to be friends, etc. etc. Then, his want to Woohoo a Service Person was replaced by a Want to see someone as a Zombie. That really through me for a loop because I had just installed University and knew nothing about Zombies. LoL! I presume that the person he wanted to see a Zombie was someone he really didn't like... I dunno.
