I downloaded a lot of things and I was wondering if anything could have stopped the propose option from showing up? Because both my sims are at 100% affection and I can't get that to show up (they both have "get engaged" wants)

Only a hack could prevent an option like that from showing. Could you please go through your Downloads folder with Clean Installer and tell us what hacks you have?

You could also check to see if either sim is still "going steady" from when they were teens. or if they're otherwise engaged etc.

I'm pretty sure that the InTeen and pregforall conflict with each other that may be the problem.

I have the same problem and I have Inteen and the inSiminator, but not the pregforall. I also have Lizzie's bed and tub package, and Macotrics(not on my comp don't kow if it is spelled correctly)I can't remember all my hacks but those are the only romance mods that I have. Move-in-all possibly could relate to it.

the same thing happens for my sims when, as the person above said, one of the sims is engaged to another sim. however, if NONE of your sims can propose to other sims, this isn't the problem.

My sims always have to woo-hoo before I can get them to get engaged. Otherwise sometimes I get the option and sometime I dont. Unless they have woo-hooed, all I get is stay the night and move in. It could just be that your sims havent woohooed. You said that their relationship was at 100%, but do they also have the crush and love hearts? They have to have that before they can get that option also.

inSIMenator 1.2 (EP) SIM edition
This is an outdated version of the inSIMinator. You should get the latest universal version. Don't know if that will help with your engaged problem though.

I have a sim who was/still is engaged to her high school/college sweetheart but is ready to be married to another guy. I cannot get them to break up for anything. Let their levels drop, go out with other sims in public and the whole nine yards and as soon as they bump into each other, they start talking and are friends again. I don't really know if the hearts still show but that engaged ring sure does.
Also, I discovered this morning that there is a hack for this but I'm trying to find another hack today and I want one hack at a time.
Thanks

I had the same problem with the "engagement" option not showing up. After seeing this thread (thanks!), I removed and then redownloaded updated versions of The InSIMenator, The InTeenimater, the Triplets & Quads hack, and the Female/Male Abduction Pregnancy hack. One or more of the aforementioned hacks were the cause of my problem, because after updating, everything is fine.
If you think your problem may be caused by the same thing, you can check here to make sure that you're using the correct editions (look at the links under "Other 'InTeenimater-Enabled' Mods You May Enjoy"): http://www.insimenator.net/viewtopic.php?t=567
Hopefully this will help!
