Captain Planet: He requires the Body Builder Mesh for his costume to show up in your game. The skintone, hair, and costume was created by me. The hair is a recolor of one of Maxis' (Open For Business) standard meshes that is already in the game. I decided not to use his 80's mullet hair cut. Sorry. I may eventually go back and do a seperate mullet for him later on. ENJOY!
