Here's Akimichi Chouji's outfit, from the "Naruto" Anime.
This is the best that recoloring can take me. I can't find a more suitable mesh. It's a start. Also, he looks kinda thin here; this is the fattest the game can make him.
Included in the zip file is the outfit (one-piece, found in all clothing categories) and the spiral face markings (found in face paint makeup).
