Hello!
I made this little holiday house for your small families (2 adults and 2 children).
It's made for moutain, but there is a (cold) sea, so your sims can burn under the sun if they want
There is 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fireplace for cold winters, and a open kitchen.
There is no CC!
The chairs recolour that you can see on pictures is not included, the house is packaged with the original colour by Maxis, but if you want you can find these pretty colours made by Ailias here
