Playing with my Star Trek sims (wearing the fabulous uniforms by Nixnivis) made me think that they needed matching athleticwear too!
For the sake of Canon...
Both male and female outfits come in the three career track colours from the TNG onwards period.
Red = Command
Gold = Operations (security and engineering)
Blue = Science (including medical)
They also come with embroidered DS9/First contact era insignias "embroidered" on the back! (in the corresponding colours of course)

Male outfit uses a maxis mesh from the "FreeTime" expansion.
Female outfit uses a maxis mesh from the "Apartment Life" expansion.
