Updated download file, should show up correctly, now! For anyone who was experiencing problems with this, please, re-download and... sorry for the previous inconvenience!
Soooo... this is my very first attempt at meshing. It's not exactly a brand new mesh.
Remember the hidden rocker outfit coming out with base game? I always loved it, but I was really disappointed when I discovered that it was made as an entire outfit, and that top and pants were not separated.
After searching like a desperate for months, without being able to find any shirtless rocker jacket, I decided to try my hand at converting the EA one as a top only.
Soooo... now you can use this jacket with any bottom you want!
I made a version that looks just like the original top, with bracelets and necklace, and another one without the necklace. Both of them will come in black as a default colour, but you can customize it the way you like in CAST. Here are the channels:
The jacket is for male Young Adult and Adult. Works fine with all body shapes and will appear under Everyday and Formal categories. It's *not* a default replacement!
Should work fine with Base Game.
I also tested it on low graphics settings, and worked fine for me.
As usual, if you have any problems, let me know =)
Happy simming!
Polygon Counts:
LOD1= 3284
LOD2= 1612
LOD3= 794
Additional Credits:
-CmarNYC's Clothing meshing for dummies tutorial. Would have never known how to do this without that tutorial!
-CTU
-WesHowe's Milkshape GEOM plugins
Also, *HUGE* thanks to monca533, who provided help, additional tutorial links and support in the Creator Feedback Forum =)
Edit: also, thanks to intononekomata for reporting problems and moryrie for both reporting and giving feedback on the fixed version!

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.

Install Instructions
Quick Guide:
1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file. Now you will have either a .package or a .sims3pack file.
For Package files:
1. Cut and paste the file into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder. If you do not already have this folder, you should read the full guide to Package files first: Sims 3:Installing Package Fileswiki, so you can make sure your game is fully patched and you have the correct Resource.cfg file.
2. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).
For Sims3Pack files:
1. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
2. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Find the item in the list and tick the box beside it. Then press the Install button below the list.
3. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the content to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
4. Run the game, and find your content where the creator said it would be (build mode, buy mode, Create-a-Sim, etc.).
Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

• Feel free to edit, fix, retexture, recolor, include my meshes with your retextures/recolors, include my cc with your sims/lots and anything else you can think of, no need to ask.
• Please do not re-upload my stuff. If you see that one of my uploads is missing, contact me and I’ll be glad to provide a new working link for you.
• No Adfly/any kind of paywall and/or paysites. This applies to both sims using my content and retextures/recolors of my meshes. Patreon downloads are fine ONLY if your retexture/recolor/edit is available for free right from the start. No “Patron-exclusive” content or anything like that. My content is free for all and will always be, and so should be your edits of my stuff.
• Credit/tagging/linking is nice, although the last two are not mandatory. As long as you don’t claim you made my crap, you’re free to do whatever you want :D
• Remember that a lot of my stuff wouldn’t even exist without the work of other creators, so please try to respect them as well :)
• Most important: HAVE FUN!
