A very compact house, furnished for three sims with one spare (bed)room and an empty basement.
Required custom content:
– Just-A-Column 4/4 and 5/4 by Flabaliki – not online any more, so I’m attaching them here as a separate download (with permission)
Recommended custom content:
– Default override for the base game cherry three, by myself, available in this post if you want it (note that this will override all of the cherry trees in your game).
