Introducing, the Moderately Modest...
...A small, rather tall, but totally functional home!


Who ever said you need a large sprawling estate with twelve bathrooms, fourteen and a half bedrooms, and sixteen kitchens to suit your fancy? Unless your from the Landgraab lineage, or have a sizable trust fund, than I doubt a soul has ever muttered those words! We'd love to introduce the Moderately Modest, where functional living is small but tall!

Recently, the "Crawford & Crawford & Crowley & Sons" conducted a lengthy interview, where four out of five Sims agree that their living space often goes wasted due to large and spacious rooms that boast no practical space! For the fifth Sim, it's highly believed that he was a Landgraab under the guise of a Broke. We hold no evidence against this claim, other than the fact that he drove off in a high-end luxury SUV that was decked out with spinning rims, and one that featured a hot tub with flat screen television in the back.


Anyhow! For the remaining four Sims, we allowed them to tour within the Moderately Modest home! Let us say, their feedback was well recieved! Who would have thought, a three bedroom and two bath home could exist within such a small and confined space? The answer, however, is truthfully honest! It lies within the skies!

Take a look at the construction of the Moderately Modest! You'll notice that of the three storeys, two of which are designed for private living space. The first floor boasts ample room for hosting guests, as well as a sizable backyard that is just waiting to be lived within! The upper two levels offer a more cozy and refined living space, with two bedrooms and one bath on the second level, and the remaining bath with large master bedroom on the third! Plus, charming living quarters reside not only on the first level, but the second and third as well! Who would have thought?!


It's about high time that you gave up the time-old tradition of living within a gigantic house that really offers nothing more than more room to fit your useless things. The answer lies within a sustainable, small but ultimately usable living space! The Moderately Modest is only one of many homes that are believed to really take off in the suburban area. After all, they build homes so darn close these days you can practically reach out to touch your own neighbour's home! Might as well stack these things side by side, and watch as the domino effect takes place soon after!*

Additional Information:

There are two versions of this home! The first, known as the Basics version, has only the bare essentials such as kitchen and bathroom fixtures! The other version, known as complete, offers all of the base game furnishings that are seen in the photos!
