UPDATE: avoid party crashers changing the lot type to "generic" and using Shimrod's "Clubs, Parties, Weddings at Generic Venues" mod ... and good luck finding the easel.

OK, this is my first upload for Sims 4, please bear with me...

I wanted to give Oasis Springs some historic character, an adobe mission seemed the obvious choice. A small austere church with a graveyard where your Sims can put to rest the remains of their loved ones, and a monastery that has been converted into a wedding venue surrounded by a manicured Spanish style garden.

I placed the dining area in the cloister, and the other wing of the building has a bar and a dance floor. There are two restrooms on the ground floor and an other two in the tower. I also placed a kitchen, though caterers seem to be quite useless, so I really only use it to bake the wedding cake because I always forget to make it beforehand. I've placed a "luxury party stuff" buffet table which is much handier.

It's categorized as a museum since it was the lot with the least requirements, the easel is somewhere where your Sims won't find it You will get party crashers but hopefully the cultured kind.

What else? I used some cheats just so you take it into account if you want to edit.

I placed it on the Landgraab lot because by the time I finished building they were deceased and I didn't really like them anyway, but you can place it instead of the park.

Let me know what you think in the comments!

edit: I hadn't uploaded a front view, silly me...
