Description
A delightful home that should appeal especially to those desiring home comfort on an economical expenditure.
This drab little bungalow is a re-creation of a 1922 Lewis Manufacturing Company home, found here. I did my best to (essentially) replicate the exterior and floor plan, with a couple necessary tweaks to the layout. The interior is purposefully dingy and plain; I imagine this is someone's grandma's house, and grandma hasn't redecorated since 1973. The basement includes the third bedroom and an alarmingly pink bathroom, which would have been pretty trendy in the '50s but unfortunately hasn't yet been updated.
The backyard features a patio, small garden, and a rickety playground suitable for children who enjoy wading through knee-high weeds and dry shrubs.

I used the following custom content, which you should get if you want it to look like the pictures:
Installation
Unzip the file downloaded, and place the resulting .package file in your Library folder. The lot will appear in your lot bin when you start the game. Keep in mind that the lot bin displays lots in the order they were created, NOT in the order you installed them. It may be helpful to temporarily empty your Library folder of all other files before starting your game, so you can find this lot more easily.
