Unless of course you're coming to our neighborhood as a vampire, then you're free to enjoy this palm tree paradise while cloaked under the moon and stars of night. Greetings to the Simmers of the world! I bring to you The Sun Valley. A small two bedroom home done in the Mid-Century style suitable for a small family or four adults Sims. There is one full bathroom, a laundry room, a full kitchen and dining room and a decent sized living room in the main entry. I used some CC for this build, but only enough for the style I wanted to do. This is the type of home you often see in California, Florida or the Carolinas so I chose color schemes that remind me of those places. The large windows in the front of the home let in a lot of light, so little use of lamps will be needed. With a hint of Japanese decor in the living room, because I adore that country and its culture. It also has a pool area for your Sims to cool down during the hot months. I hope you all enjoy it and thanks for the continued support!
