Coastland - neighborhood map

I've been thinking about a beachy and coastal theme, while it's not new for The Sims 2, having the ability to create a hood with multiple beach lots is interesting.
Coastland is a plateau with 50 percent water and 50 percent soil. It has many gulfs and coasts and was designed for lovers of coastal and beach life, but not only beach life lovers will feel comfortable creating a beach life hood, also those who want a landscape and aquatic environment.
road design is friendly to whatever you want and have in mind.
This neighborhood map is not entirely flat, it also has multi-level plateaus and islands.
not all beach lots are created with the same slope, this is relative to the depth of the aquatic areas and the placement of the lot with respect to the roads, depending on the selected area you can create beach lots with high or low slope respect at the water level.
Apart from including the types of terrain in the thread, there are images of decoration suggestions for this template, if you create or have lots with a basement it's advisable to locate them in the upper parts to avoid the error due to lot flooding.

If you have in mind to create a beach hood, do not hesitate to download and use this one, I assure you that with a good decoration and the appropriate lots it will be useful.

Camera mod

This neighborhood map has two islands with roads that can be used as long as you have a camera mod installed. the screenshots were made with enhanced gameplay cameras by Tom Duhamel, neighborhood camera. I personally recommend the mentioned modification for a good performance in the use of this template.
enjoy this map in all its dimension.
