hi...this is the very first starter house i'm downloading. i usually have no use for them but this is great!!! Plus I suck at making them myself..ha ha. keep it up.

Awesome house, but it makes me wonder...
How can you add a driveway and garage, then cram so much in and still get it under 20,000?
