Ice Skater Bulletin Board part of request

This is part of a request set by negneg or something [sorry, I forgot!] They wanted things for their ice rink. I decided to release this one early here, so that they can start making it with the other things on my website. So here it is, the bulletin board for an ice rink! Just like at mine, it has the levels, patches, and events, like skate with santa, and competitions. Requires uni. Enjoy!

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file

3. Place in Downloads Folder: Cut and paste the .package file(s) into your Downloads folder:
