Hey everyone, this is my first ever house upload and only the third ever house that I’ve built myself in the Sims 2 since I got it a almost a year ago. But even so, I’m pretty darn proud of how it turned out and I hope you all like it too as it took me forever to get it just perfect!

This was for a request by laura1130, but unfortunately it turned out that she only had the base game so I thought that I would share it so everyone else can enjoy it as much as I do.

but I modified it slightly (i.e. added a basement and flipped the floorplan!)





Now, the important stuff…

It's a 2x2 lot and it comes complete with working driveway & extension!

This house costs $26,257, which is just over starter price but worth it as looks can be deceiving – it’s quite large inside (enough for a 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms & 1 WC as the basement can be used as a bedroom with onsuite or a games room, etc).

It’s UNFURNISHED with the interior simply painted plain white.

It needs OFB as I have used the stage piece to create split-level (L-shaped) stairs! You’ll also need Nightlife (as I have used a driveway). University isn’t necessary but if you don’t have this and have problems with this house in-game then let me know!

It’s HACK FREE and has been scanned using Sims2Pack Clean Installer.

Comes complete with working driveway & extension!
