When I downloaded it (both times) it was way over priced. So over priced that even with their funding maxed out my sim still couldn't afford it.

Dang it! I'm sorry, It's because I didn't realize it at the time, but lots made when the maker has OFB, will only work if you also have OFB. There wasn't anything mentioned about OFB in the creator guidelines....I'm going back and editing my uploads so people know... But my cousin just got Sims2 and he has no expansions, so I'm planning on remaking some of my simpler lots on his comp so more people can use them...Maybe in a week or so I'll have this one for you....again so sorry

This can be converted into an apartment lot very easily, great design
