A new upload from me after a loooong time. I'm trying to get back into homes and stuff, but I'm more into the gameplay side of the sims 2 now .



This house isn't really classic or traditional, well it doesn't lie in any category as to what type it is. It's just a mixture, I think .

This house is:
-nearly $26,000 simoleans
-a tiny bit furnished (just outside room)
-cleaned of hacks but has custom content (see below)
-3x3 lot size I think

On the ground floor is:
-2 bathrooms
-the living room
-3 other rooms. I used one as a double bedroom, one as a single bedroom and the other as the study.
-there is an odd shaped hall
-outside there is a small room that I have furnished with a double couch and candles on the wall.

On the first floor is:
-a kitchen and dining space (I used the long brown floored room at the front of the house for this)
-1 bathroom
-3 other rooms. One is rather small and is more of an entrance to the balcony, so I just placed a couch and bookcase in here when I used it. One of the rooms is a double bedroom sized and the other an odd shaped single bedroom.
