Great little home for a small family. Fully furnished and decorated! The layout is rather simple but quite efficient. Please note that the zip file also includes an unfurnished version, that includes the kitchen counters and has no outside landscaping.
Check out the kitchen counters! They have been combined seamlessly with the island section (bar) using in-game cheats (no hacks!).

This house contains no hacks or custom content! I have scanned it myself with Clean Installer.
