Thank you for sharing your good job

PS : If you haven't FFS an install with the Clean Installer is better.

You know a site allowing re-upload of free build/buy stuff in lots ? Help us to update the list !

Another good one, mairi, I'm collecting all your houses, simply can't resist! BTW I checked your Wildrose Manor which is gorgeous too. Thank you. Kiss and ciao.

Glad you like it (and thanks for all the kind comments and support, everyone)! Oakwind was probably the last house in my wood theme, at least for a while. I am learning some new architectural styles which are quite interesting, and I am eager to try them out.

Speaking of which, I have a new project in the works, which might take a few days (but I'll get it finished as soon as I can)--it's a Spanish-influenced villa (hehe, can't resist building really big houses) with a shaped pool and new features that I am trying out such as diagonal furniture, elevators, a whole new building style, etc. Look for Arriosa, coming soon!

I am hoping to put together a few more houses in the Spanish style (I really like the graceful lines and architectural styles of Spanish villas), hopefully including at least one starter house under 20K. It's an interesting challenge to put together themed houses like that without using custom content!

(I have nothing against CC, by the way; it's just a fun challenge to create what I want using only the original in-game content.)

This is perfect for my mid sized neighborhood. Not many houses I like that are inbetween massive lots and the smaller scaled ones. This fits the bill perfectly. A job well done, thanks so much for sharing it with us.
