This is the first in a series of homes that I have been working on. The concept behind these homes is to make a modern home that you do not see everyday.

This is a spacious house built on a 5x5 lot. The house contains three levels with their being a foundation height wall above the second floor and one above the third floor.

The first floor has a two car garage, entry, kitchen/dining room, living room, three possible bedrooms, full bath, and a small hall.

The second floor contains a bedroom, exercise room, a hall and a sitting room over looking the small hall on the first floor. There is the foundation high wall to give the effect of higher ceilings.

Up the stairs leads to a landing where you can go up to the master bedroom and bathroom or to the deck where there is a rooftop pool. The pool works as I have tested it. Above the master bedroom there is a skylight.

The backyard has a lovely plaza where there is a pool as well as some gardens. Underneath two willows there is a cozy seating area. The front yard contains a fountain with stone paths and gardens around it. The side yard contains a triple swing set.

I tried to keep the custom content to a minimum, limiting it to build mode objects.

From Numenor : Wall Windows and Un-Level Walls.
From MaryLou : Flower boxes for balconies
From Ailias :Frames for Wall Windows, Modern Double Doors, and Edge Smoothers
From RGiles : Transparent Floor Tiles
From roddyaleixo : Invisible Driveway

This lot has been cleaned with the Clean Installer I have played and tested this lot, to make sure it installs correctly

It comes fully furnished with Maxis objects at a price of 229.277 Simoleons

Thanks to all the creators who made the custom content I used in this lot and most of the ones I do. A special thanks goes out to Jonesi for all her build mode tutorials. Without them, I would be lost.

If you like this lot, the "Thanks" button would be nice. If you run into any issues, let me know.

Thanks all.

**EDIT**
I was told to re-check the package to get rid of some stuff that was not being used. I believe I took out all the unnecessary things.
