A tudor style house based on a photograph my mother took when visiting Lavenham, Suffolk. Made with base game installed only and using absolutely no CC.
It sits on a 2x3 lot, with a pond, a few trees and some nice simple planting. There's some room at the back for garden plots for those who have seasons.
Spread over 2 floors it has 2 bathrooms (one is en suite), 3 bedrooms on the second floor plus a study which could easily be made into a nursery or 4th bedroom. There's also a large kitchen and a great room, with areas for eating, sitting and being creative.
You can do whatever you like with it in your own game, but please don't reupload this elsewhere
