This is a 5 Bedroom house on a 5x5 lot, it costs about 290,000. Comes pretty much furnished as shown, see the additional credits below for some info...

And what's so prideful about it you might wonder? Well, I made a whole bunch of meshes for this lot... the curtains, the cabinets, the clocks, the lattice pieces, and there are some of my meshes from previous lots... the square stair, spoon and fork, the slatted indoor shutters, the birch shrubbies.....
