I had the same problem, but after some searching I'm 99% certain that this is the correct link for the required mesh from tiggerypum:

http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=228186

EDIT: Okay I was trying to get the required mesh before downloading Fansee's stuff, but I just noticed that the correct link is indeed the one I just typed above; it's also correctly linked in the Downloads tab. Only the links within the first post/description are wrong. If you want to know why, it's because the URL changed a while back. It is no longer modthesims2.com, but modthesims.info. That's why the first links no longer work, and the one in the downloads area does. The original post just needs to be edited with the new URL.

Thank you, JCSPencer. The links in the post are now fixed. I had checked the Downloads tab link when MoshChic reported this, and since it was working I assumed MoshChic had just encountered some temporary downtime - didn't think to check the links in the post too. Whoops! So thanks... the detailed report was most helpful.

I'll second that astonishment and late thanks - I did exactly the same, ages ago, rushing to wrap all my cold manly sims up in these coats. Thanks so much, fanseelamb, for making such gorgeous and wearable clothes for our ever-neglected male sims!
