This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Expansion pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below the description for more information.

I know the Sims isn’t real life but people always say they want their Sims to be more realistic and although you have obviously put a lot of effort into this it seems like you are encouraging either over feeding your children making them 'fat' or underfeeding to make them 'slim' (the toddlers look malnourished to be honest) and with all this size 0 and obesity crisis that’s going I don’t think these help peoples impressions of what’s healthy.
