I don't usually make lots, but I was playing earlier and I wanted a small bar and restaurant but I didn't have anything in game that was similar to what I wanted. This is a 2X2 lot, so if you're like me and large lots make your game slow this won't be an issue. There's no CC and it's hack free. The restaurant has a lovely kitchen, a bar, a few tables and a jukebox with floor space for dancing. It's fully decorated and it's designed along the same lines as some of the simple of family owned restaurants and cafes that are around my area. I have all EPs and the SPs FFS and GLS. I don't think I used any content from the stuff packs, but I sometimes forget what items came with what. Install it with Clean Installer to be sure. I hope you like this!
