I decided to make a little seaside place that would work well for a single sim just starting out. It comes in both furnished and unfurnished, and CC is the same for both.

Furnished is 17,629 simoleons
Unfurnished is 13,262 simoleons

It features a bedroom, bath, kitchen/living area, rooftop lounge area, private deck off of bedroom, and lots of deck space on the main level for enjoying the location. There are stairs going into the water as well. It looks neat, and if we're lucky, when Bon Voyage comes out, sims can go swimming in the water. We can hope!

This might also work alright for a hillside home, but I'm not positive on that. I think this only needs nightlife and seasons, but I could be wrong - I'm not sure what the required expansion is for half-walls, and it doesn't have one listed when using boolprop ShowCatalogePFlags true

I did check everything, since I have everything, but I do think it should work so long as you have nightlife and seasons installed, since that is the onlt expansions I pulled stuff from, and because seasons is the most recent expansion I have.

Special info. The rars include a file for the open wooden stairs - this must be placed in the scriptorium modular stairs folder - the shortcut for that is in your downloads folder - if you don't have it, get it here - http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=192613

And if you like this home, don't just thank me, thank the creators of the CC too :D

Lot Size: 3x2
Lot Price: 17,629/13,262

Custom Content Included:
- Modular Stairs by Numenor
- Just a ladder - by Marvine by marvine
- Open Wooden Stairs (by Reyn) by Reyn

Hopefully I used the base colour on the ladder, however I recommend getting the whole set of recolours from their thread, anyway. Very nice looking and now with animations!
