This charming little starter features landscaping and gardens that are all set up for you sims to get a Wishing Well (plus almost 2000 simoleans) from the Garden Club on their first day in the house.
The little one bedroom house is fully furnished for 1 or 2 sims. It has all skill builders except logic--but you should be able to buy something for that buy the end of the day. There is room for a driveway, if you have Nightlife or the Maxis download driveway pack.
The front yard features a manicured garden. The vegetable garden plots are to the side. To the rear is a wilder part of the lot, with trees and a pond with fish. The terraine under the trees is mostly irregular--those little slopes prevent leaves from collecting in the fall. (If you want more leaves or less leaves, you can alter the slope to suit your tastes.)
To get a Wishing Well, you will want to have your sims fertilize, then plant, then water the garden. Then call the garden club and ask for membership. Before long, you should be presented with a wonderous Wishing Well. Here is a view of the house from a game where the new tenants have just gotten their well.
