Absolutely a must have! A small suggestion, though...could you possibly name the .package files so that they contain your name, or some way of identifying them amongst the rest of the downloaded floor files? There's times I need to pull out "just" modern carpet from my floor files, and it would be nice to be able to do a simple search to locate these quickly.
