OMG these look completely awesome. (Is there any chance you might, perhaps, at some point, make modular stairs that match these? That would be even more awesome =)

Thank you for the amazing stairs. However, could you possibly do a brown fence that would match the stairs landing rail? The black&white fence doesn't quite look right with brown&white landing rail. The difference is quite noticeable especially at daytime. The brown&white fence recolor would be highly appreciated.

At first I thought I don't need more (modular)stairs. Then I took a look at these anyways. And I realized I couldn't live without them. Thank you for making it possible to build coherently deteriorated lots. You are quickly becoming one of my favorite sims-creators.

I am having the same problem as Francesca264: there are no text files.

I used these stairs in my game on another computer a few years ago and the files were included then, so it must have been stripped out some time later. Very disappointing as these were one of my favorite stairs, but I don't know how someone could use them without those files.
