Title: Fluorescent to Sunlamp Converter & Seasons Bugfix
To enable standard and custom fluorescent fixtures to function as Seasons sunlamps. Also fixes a minor semi-global Seasons bug.
I have always found it unrealistic that the Seasons sunlamp costs over 14 times as much as the similar base game fixture. This modification generalizes the harvestable plant and PlantSim routines so that the standard fluorescent has the same "sunlight" function as the sunlamp. To take advantage of this feature in your own custom lighting objects code the Object Data (OBJD) "Original GUID" field with the value 0x6CC90706.
In addition, this code patches the GardenGlobals so that the light of a sunlamp will not have an effect on plants that are outside of the room that the lamp is in.
This code modifies the GardenGlobals "Main - Sub - Under Plant Light" and the Controller - Plantman "Sunlamp - Am I in Range of a Sunlamp?" routines so that they are no longer exclusively tied to the Seasons sunlamp GUID. These modifications would be incompatible with other hacks that use these routines.
You may include this modification in any uploaded lots, whether for free or pay - although it would be nice if you included a credit in the description and sent me a PM. Apart from using it in lots, I would prefer that you not upload this hack elsewhere.
SimPE and PJSE

Phaenoh's Miss Marigold and her lot were used for testing and the screen images
Thank you for the encouragement, Guardgian and Gingerxyz.
I didn't know there was a different version of this mod, but one of my purposes in creating it was to support both a ceiling mounted sunlamp (shown in the second screen shot) as well as an almost completely invisible sunlamp that I will be releasing soon.
How is it different from Monique's mod that did the same thing with all lights being used to provide artificial sunlight for both plants and Plant Sims?
I'm curious because I use her version and don't remember if she fixed the bug as your description mentioned.
This mod only affects fluorescent lights and clones of fluorescent lights. I have never used Monique's mod and do not know if she fixed that little bug that causes the artificial sunlight effect to go through walls. Its really not too serious in any event, but I tend to be obsessive!
