Here is a nice home like you might find hidden down a country road. Two bedrooms and a small playhouse in the yard.

Furnished 57,227
Unfurnished 37,002

The windows I used on this lot, (in the screenshots) can be obtained at the Sims3.com store. If you want to maybe grab the windows just follow the links. =)

Don't forget to Thank the creator after downloading! Use the Thanks button located above the screenshots above.
Quick Guide:

1. Click the file listed on the Files tab to download the file to your computer.
2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.
2. Select the .sims3pack file you got from extracting.
3. Cut and paste it into your Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads folder. If you do not have this folder yet, it is recommended that you open the game and then close it again so that this folder will be automatically created. Then you can place the .sims3pack into your Downloads folder.
5. Load the game's Launcher, and click on the Downloads tab. Select the house icon, find the lot in the list, and tick the box next to it. Then press the Install button below the list.
6. Wait for the installer to load, and it will install the lot to the game. You will get a message letting you know when it's done.
7. Run the game, and find your lot in Edit Town, in the premade lots bin.

Extracting from RAR, ZIP, or 7z: You will need a special program for this. For Windows, we recommend 7-Zip and for Mac OSX, we recommend Keka. Both are free and safe to use.

It's extremely beautiful! But what happens if I don't use those windows? Are they automaticly replaced with in-game windows or do they go blue?

Hi TezaG78 =) thanks. According to EA the windows (or anything from the store one uses in a lot) should be replaced with default items from the base game. Hope this helps.

You're houses are awesome. They have style, to me the most important think in s3 is all my sims houses look like them, and I this house is perfect for my Green Thumb, Romantic sim. And, your Ghost House is perfect for my Empress of Evil.

Plus, they're playable, there's room for the whole family, and they're affordable. I wish all the builders out there would keep these things in mind.

Thanks again. I sincerely love your work.
