This home was designed to fit in with either a suburban or beach surrounding, as like my last upload, it has traditional styling along with beachy accents to appeal to most families. The suburban beach house has been fully landscaped and decorated and every aspect has been customised to a central colour scheme. As I am revamping Sunset Valley, this home replaces 9 Sunsong Avenue and blends into the area perfectly. So enjoy the second house of the large project!

It features 2 modest double bedrooms and a study for those illustrious authors out there, but can easily be converted into a single bedroom if need be. Also there is 1.5 bathrooms, one fully equipped on the second floor and a half bath off the main foyer. The layout is open plan, including the foyer, living, dining and kitchen areas. There is adequate seating for guests or large families with 6 each in the living and dining areas. The kitchen is fully equipped along with integrated appliances and a small island built for two, offering views out to the garden with full length glass windows. Some may argue that this clashes with the traditional styling, but I think that such windows are an excellent way to let in light to the back of the property and to be able to see the lovely garden.

The outdoor living area is a wraparound porch which has space for a BBQ, telescope and a buffet table. There is also enough room provided to begin growing a vegetable patch for those young budding gardeners!
