Thanks Huge Lunatic. I'm going to try it out now. Ever since I had the Explorer's Loot, I didn't think that bed looked right. Like everyone else, I never used it because of that.

Edit: It works - thanks so much - the bed looks so much better with your fix. I wish I knew what EA was thinking when they made that bed. They couldnt have possibly thought the bed looked good that way.

Hahahahaha. Good job, HugeLunatic, but I think EA "heard you". You know how the original picture on the Store showed the table and chairs in the foreground and the bed in the background underneath the maps or whatever? Well, they replaced the bed with the sphinx fountain. Hahahahaha. You showed them who was boss!

It's due to her I'm made of tin - her spell made THIS occur! So for once I'm glad I'm heartless; I'll be heartless... KILLING HER!

I really appreciate this fix as the bed is pretty nice but the texture is crummy. Much thanks for the work you've done! Also, great idea to provide the stencil version - I'm working on more Egyptian-themed homes and it will come in handy!

Thanks so much for this. I just thought someone was thinking that making the textures look like regurgitated mummy linens was a good thing. o.O

Very nice! I have this bed, but have never used it because I just don't like the shape and color of it. Nothing seemed to match up with it, making it impossible to choose end tables, lamps, other furnishings, and wallpaper. Your revamped version is far more attractive, and can easily be matched with other decor. Thanks for this!

Thanks to you HugeLunatic, I can now appreciate what a fine object that bed was intended to be.

You're very right. This bed WAS ugly! I wonder what EA's designers were thinking when they made it? I NEVER used the thing. Your Mod has transformed it into an excellent, and very handsome bit of furniture. When couple with a set of nice end table, pretty lamps, and a tasteful design for the bedspread, this bed is a winner! Thanks so much for fixing EA's mistakes!

Just in case you are still looking into this from time to time: I just noticed that this fix will not only override the original Store file but also the changes EA made to it in their Store patch, meaning the fix is not fully compatible with Seasons and Pets anymore.
