Thank you so much, it's lovely to know that there are people who like my style (=obsessive need for details). Look forward to the world I am working on... It is coming together great this time (I've started it over), and it should be finished before end of summer.

ryanrocks281 Well, it depends on how willing you are to re-do some stuff yourself. Most of the exterior wall textures require WA to show up, also some interior ones too. So you would need to texture them yourself with something else. So the lot will work just fine, you are just going to need to replace the WA stuff with something that you got.
Oh, and the code for editing stuff outside your unit is restrictBuildBuyInBuildings false (just in case if you wouldn't know that).

You got the hipster decor right on. The interior looks like every apartment in Williamsburg. Great job!

Yay! Poverty, here I COME! (Playing an 8-sim starving artist family who will move in despite the lack of proper resources [beds, showers, etc.] and find riches!)

They are called fire-escape stairs, which you see in New York buildings.

The only thing I need to pick your brain on is how the hell did you put the fire escape stairs without a bottom landing floor square? I'm trying to build a similar type of building and wanted to add this detail, but my game tells me the floor square is needed. I have all cheats on that I need, testingcheats, moo, rbbb, etc., but I still cant figure it out. Help??
