MESH Without Cape: poly = 2164 polys
* Shimmery orange dress with a floral brocade vest and Monarch butterfly beadwork on black background
* Red dress with white and green ribbons with Red Roses on white beadwork. Two styles packaged together - with jingles on top back and without the jingles on the top back - otherwise they are the same. You can decide.

The Headbands

cloned from glasses - wearable with any hair color and flattish hairstyles. If you put these on poofy-hairstyles, they will clip. You'll have to try them out to see which hairstyles they work with. The headbands match the beadwork on the dresses.

Teen Girl's Jingle Dress: base game, 2740 polys


Purple with Yellow and blue cut-bead beadwork.

Silver Satin and Charcoal.

Green with Hummingbird on Yellow cut beads.

Find them under glasses. They will work with glasses and other accessories.


Long Braided Hair with Otter Fur Wraps - 814 polys

I will upload this at a later time. I was not able to finish it by the Multicultural deadline. You can see what it looks like in the photos. The hair has correct bone assignments so it moves correctly with the body. I have not had time to make the other hair colors and to bin them correctly.


Sorry, I goofed up the teen mesh. I've rebuilt it. Please delete the following files from your downloads folder and get the new mesh and recolors.

Wow! The recolors are so festive, but the links to the videos made this extra nifty. The jingle dress dance takes some calf and ankle strength! I watched the fancy shawl videos too. Love it when creators combine Sims and dance! Don't know if you have Sims animations of the dances, but the poses in the still pictures do capture some of it.

PS - Just noticed the little girl is wearing a Dora the Explorer jingle dress! So cute.

This is wonderful you did a realistic creation. I see this all the time at Native Pow Wow. Lot of my natives friend are Jingle Dancers. My own regalia is southern buckskin.

This is such an amazing set! The detail of all the textures is incredible - and those toddlers are so cute, I can just see them jumping up and down and giggling and the jingling. I'm glad I could help out with the poses!

These are utterly lovely, and look really nice in-game. However, there is one problem. For some reason, the tf mesh is messing up the dresswraparm default dress (http://sims2defaults.dreamwidth.org/59226.html)

I will try to include a picture, if possible.

I do not see this with the other age groups so far, fortunately (the only problem appears to be with teens), though I might have missed something. By the way, the dress I downloaded corresponding to the mesh came out just fine.

I play a medieval-ish game. I don't use a lot of modern attire for my sims. However, I am starting another custom 'hood and wanted to find something distinctively different for my townies to wear and I think these fit my plan perfectly. I hope to make some recolors that match those of my "Jesters" which is what I planned for my male townie sims.
