PLZ HELP!! I cant find the download code and I have been looking for ages and I really want to know where the code is so I can cut and paste it to use this AWESOME dress! anyone who can help me THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH!! ( I am a total noob with all of this stuff)

i know how to do all that but here it says "Cut and paste the file" but I cant find the file to cut and paste plz help

@Libby2003 :Click on files tab (next to description tab), download and extract the dress then place the package file in Documents>Electronic Arts>The sims 3>mods>packages.
