Awwwwww, I'm sooo sorry to hear about Mootilda's passing. I've been downloading houses from her page, for my Sims 2 games, and I really loved her houses. Again, I am so sorry. R.I.P to her. . How old was she?

There are instructions for you to do it if you want this as a "Subhood". http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=502306

No Sims are included in this hood but once you go into it for the first time the game will gen up NPC's unless you have empty templates installed.
