Amazing lot!
Most importantly - provides expansion Sims 4 in the future (for example, a room for the pool, which can be done just yet room for sports, but with the advent of pools to remake this room).

I don't know why, but it doesn't seem to work for me. I copied the content in the Tray folder but nothing. Edit: I figured it out, thanks for the mod btw

Gorgeous house but I cant place it either as it's too big. I'm guessing I have to bulldoze some lots just to be able to use it meaning I will end up with less lots to place families.

To place it you have to go into a 50x50 lot, bulldoze the house thats there, then open up your gallery and find the lot you downloaded to the tray, then you can add it to the game from there. Its wonky but you will get use to it. You have to be ONLINE I am guessing and your "exchange" is sort of built right into the game.

I love this it looks fantastic to be honest I have not played it only because my 50 x50 lots are in use with builds I am in the middle of, but I will try it as soon as I can.
