I cant place it becasue for whatever reason it shows the lot size as 999 x 999

Never heard of that before……

I did a search and found these links….maybe check those out. From what I can tell it’s not the lot itself and as I’ve not had anyone else mention that issue, nor has it happened to me after placing the lot in different worlds I doubt it’s the lot itself.

The only cc used in this lot was the cabin siding, so you could try installing the lot without it and see if it works.
