This house is a total winner, Zarathustra. Modern is always most popular and yours is really unique. I really like the decor, especially the kitchen. No cc is an added plus. I predict major downloads!

Is there a secret to getting the ceiling to show up correctly in the game? I never can get what I am aiming for. This house looks really great and i do want to try it out. Not sure what family or sim it fits the best though. Intriguing.

There's a toggle that you have to turn on to be able to see ceiling tiles- it's down in the main part of the control panel (the circular part). Once you turn it on, if you take a low enough angled view of a lot, you should see the ceiling appear- the default will be just a white popcorn/stucco/whatever, but you can replace it with any of the floor tiles, just like you would for a floor. (In build mode, you also have the option of a 45-degree up view, to make ceilings easier- it takes a bit of practice to get the hang of though!) Glad you both like my little creation too!

This is a Great House, I'm downloading it into my game today. I have the prefect male sim for it.

Great house, looks very interesting! The only thing I would change would be removing the floor from the highest, unplayable story, so it's like a skylight for the floor beneath. About the cost for a starter lot: You use a lot of walls for decorational details, and Mootilda made a tool to tread certain walls as roof walls so they don't count for the price. Maybe that could help?

Check out Omicron-Simtauri, my new space project!

Gorgeous as always Zarathustra. I'm a big fan of your stunning, thoughtful lots, even if most of my sims hardly have 2 G's to scrape together Thanks for sharing your creations.
