Are you asking if this can be turned into a hostel on a vacation lot? Because you can pretend it's a hostel on a residential lot no issue. You might have to make adjustments to get this working as a hotel, including changing the lot type.

This is so beautiful I must have it. I must play in it. Thank you. I always wanted a 'college' that could house people needing to focus on their skills instead of going to work everyday. This will make a nice temporary stop until they can actually qualify for quick promotions. Can't wait to put it to the test.

@atymer I hope it works out well for you! Please let me know if you come across any problems with it. I did some minimal play testing on a copy of the lot with my own 'community college' sims and adjusted any routing problems before uploading. So excited to see you are excited!

Must....have...in game.... But in all seriousness, I've got a big batch of teens that'll be attending uni VERY soon and this is right up my alley. I'm sick of building individual homes, and the pre-made dorms are just... unpleasant and hideous. Thanks for sharing such a lovely piece.
