Wonderful.

Looks like fun. I may attempt to make a custom career based on this, but I might just settle for integration of the skill into the university degrees and other careers. (I can provide a tutorial for this- would require s3pe, Nraas Careers and the Academics Module.)

Really interesting content - but still perhaps I missed, where's the part introducing the actual gameplay of the programming skill? Like, how do Sims make an income with programming?

Aha, so that's what your "friend" worked on. Must be a very shy specimen, now that it is released under your name

First of all, thanks for this - a fun little addition.

I should mention that when I maxed the skill, some sort of error dialog was contained within the description popup. Unfortunately, I've no record or screenshot of it.

I love your mod soo much. I don't even know how I missed programming skill in TS3.

But I have some ideas easy to implement in order to give more options to this mod.

New interactions:
- Write/Code/Create an app
- Write/Code/Create a malware/virus
- Write/Code/Create a plugin

More complex and tiresome stuff:
- Integration of the skill into the university degrees (Technology, Communications) and other careers (Video Game Developer)

Is the skill called "ArsilProgrammingSkillName"? I plan to use this as a metric for a custom career.

ArsilProgrammingSkill

See the xml about the skill in the package if you need more info (hex, commodity, etc)

Not sure if you can reference a custom skill (note that I haven't used NRaas Careers to add it to the game)

I like your blunt descriptions. Those, in themselves carry some hint of humour, even without the silliness. lol :D Great mod, and worth the risk. Besides? I break stuff often in my game with my overwhelming "I wonder what messing with this file will do?" curiosity. Bolstered by my underwhelming knowledge of programming... >.> I KEEP A FEW "BACKUPS"! :P lol GREAT MOD. LOVIN IT. Thank you. :)

Not sure if mod issue or what. I just noticed sims stop playing videogames on the computer now when their happiness bar is full whereas earlier they'll just keep playing until they are tired. I have removed scriptcache after I uninstall this mod multiple times now though & the problem still persists.
