Adorable buildings, Snufflepaws!

One idea for the residential lot (in the future, of course) that you could play with perhaps is stacking lots - if you Google it, there's a tutorial from a LJ Simmer. In essence, you can have two lots on top of each other, so in your case, it could be the bottom lot is a community lot, and the lot on top is a residential or even apartment lot. Thought you might like the idea. :)

I'm loving the idea here! Wish I had all my EP's I used to own so I could download it and give it a test run. It's very tempting! I haven't quite mastered Mootilda's Lot Adjustor yet, but I am challenging myself all the time and learning much from the tutorials, but mostly trial and error.
