Thanks :) :) Starting my poor hood with this one (the mayor will live here, being the only one with water - which is not far fetched - almost every house and business in our town has a water tank - including mine :))

I can't imagine a mayor living on that 'back block' as we would call it here in Australia, but have at it Justpetro. I thought about making inside grungy but then thought nope I will keep it like the contest; just took away the flamingo wall sign, added the kennel, burglar alarm and the bone.

Nice clothes line Jo. How did you make it?

Reminds me of many an unkept garden minus the rusted cars and trash. It'll be useful for the poor side of town.

No cash left for the hobby car or I would have certainly placed it. If you took away the tree, the street lights and downgraded inside perhaps it could be afforded. Being a starter it has to be 20K or under. Normally I would use a smaller lot to save money, but that is the lot given in the contest.

The washing line is columns, railway track fence and black floor edging fence shaped by CFE.
